UK Freeview Subscribe issue

I try to subscribe to a prorgramme  9pm sunday ch103 ITV HD and JR keeps subscribing to 3 ITV standard.  Same programme title?

Did you subscribe the show using "By name" mode?  Did you choose to search only the selected channel, or "All channels"?  If you chose "All channels", then shows with the same title on different channels may be recorded.
