Options unavailable
« on: April 21, 2015, 12:07:19 pm »

Hi,
I am new to this JRiver world. In my MAC Options under the Tools is disabled. I can see it but no effect on clicking.
Because of this I am not been able to configure the JRemote on iPod touch and my android phone.
Can any one please help me on this?

Thanks
Soney

My guess is that you are in Party Mode.  Look on the View menu, near the bottom of the list.  If "Party Mode" is checked, that's the problem.  Party mode locks out certain changes and keeps your library and settings safe in case you let other people use your JRiver Media Center... like at a party!

Try to uncheck Party Mode and that should return you to normal.

Brian.

My guess is that you are in Party Mode.

That's a good guess.

Another possibility?  If you have multiple monitors (perhaps a laptop hooked up to a monitor), the options panel could be already open on the other monitor, just hidden behind some other window.
