I could see only bitrate meta data available. There is not such kHz

The two fields you need are;

"Bit Depth"          i.e. 24bits
"Sample Rate"     i.e. 96kHz (Kilohertz)

There is also;
"Bitrate"             i.e. 128kbps (Kilobits per second)

You can see these if you select an audio files and click the "Tag" in the "Action Window" in the Media Center Standard View .
