I recently downloaded 6 CD’s to my Apple iTunes library and they are not showing up on the Media Center 20 server.  Never had this problem in the past.  Would just rip the CD to iTunes and it would show up on Media Center.  I checked out Options>Library & Files>Auto Import and both “Run Auto Import in Background” and " “Auto Import” and “Run Import on Empty Libraries” are checked.  Perhaps I inadvertently reset another setting?  Any thoughts on trouble shooting this issue would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks….

Double check your auto import settings.  Check the filetypes you're importing.

I would also double check the actual location on disk.  Go into itunes and do Get Info on a few of the files that you just imported.  Make note of the directories they are in and make double sure that those directories are included in your Auto Import settings in MC.

...and of course try stopping and restarting MC just to be sure it's Auto Import isn't hung up or something.
