I killed off Flash years ago.
You should not be using any browser plug-ins if you are concerned about security.

I do hope the BBC move over to HTML5 soon for IPlayer.  They must be working on it now.

They say Google blocked it too, however they updated the Pepper Flash plugin today in a Chrome update. I cannot wait for the day that both Flash and Java die. As soon as Twitch supports HTML5 video I'm removing Flash for good.

For me its only BBC Iplayer, of which I watch a lot.

If you append /hls to the Twitch URL, it may play directly in MC20.  Give it a try and report back.

Otherwise, you can play it in Livestreamer with VLC.

Most BBC iPlayer applications use HTML5 - Android, iOS, and other device players.

Flash now seems to be "up to date".  Presumably they have fixed the problems.  Firefox no longer blocks the latest version.
