Multiple Crashes in the last few days.
« on: July 18, 2015, 11:05:17 pm »

MC has crashed several times over the last few days.  I use MC in a server / client configuration and it is the server that has been crashing.  No real pattern yet, but I have uninstalled and re-installed version .124 and the crashes persist.  I stopped all other running apps on the server to try and eliminate other issues.  I mainly use MC for TV recording.

The log file was too large to attach.  I will see if I can collect a smaller one and include it.  Any help you can give will be much appreciated.

Cannot post error log, it is larger than the forum limits.  Please advise where I can send it.

Windows error log shows this every time the app crashes.

Refer to the Wiki's Logging article for more suggestions on how to submit a log:
http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Logging

When it is too big after a crash, that is usually a "good" sign, as it probably includes the crash dump that makes it easier for JRiver staff to figure out the cause.

However, you should also refer to our general Troubleshooting Guide, as the most common causes of crashes and performance problems are covered there:
