Will JR Mediacenter 21 work with Windows 10?

Just tried to install mediacenter 20 on windows 10 and it krasched..

I've been running MC20 on all the pre-release versions of Win10 since the end of last year without any issue.

With the versions 20-21 on Windows 10 x64 build 10240, I haven't the JRiver Media output choice.

I found the solution,I have the exe files on my NAS and tried to install from there,then I got bluescreen of death when trying to install,then i copied the files to the computer and it works...From win7 it works to install from the NAS hmm strange...it was the same with other exe files too..

Just bought a new laptop with 8.1, only thing on it is JRiver, Just bought an upgrade to MC21 as well. If I have to reinstall MC when I upgrade to WIN 10 will I have to rebuild my library all over from my external drive? Am guessing so, and have been having problems getting stuff to import from the external drive.

Finally does MC keep all the info on my music files with the files themselves or stored somewhere else?

No.  File >library>backup
MC does auto backups but this should be done before a reinstall, it does your program settings and library!
MC saves info into files when available and sidecar .xml files when not.
