Media Server Troubleshooting at Work

I need some help troubleshooting Media Server for my work computer.

I have J River 21 installed on my work computer and my home office computer.  It is setup to stream content from my home office computer.  Initial setup was a breeze and it's been working great for the last few months but now my work computer can't seem to connect to the library at home.

I talked to the IT administrator and he told me nothing has changed, I can still stream content from my home office to my phone (JRemote android) and to my living room (PS3), it just quit working on my work computer.

Any ideas to try out?  Thanks.

Ok, turns out JRemote is only working at home on my network, not over 4G LTE, it would seem nothing can get into my network.  How do i diagnose this?  Nothing on my router has changed that I'm aware of...
