What chance is there for supporting DVD images - such as those produced by DVD decrypter?

With hard disks getting ever cheaper it is viable to establish a video 'jukebox' DVDs - despite the fact that each one would be 5-9GB.  Supporting images rather than compressed versions would mean that the films can play at full image and audio quality
