Movies with numbers in the title/filename end up in "Shows" area

Hello - I be nube. I know the answer is out here but a search and quick perusal of topics didn't find it for me.

I have several films -- THX1138, Dial 1119 and another -- with numbers in the title/filename that end up in the TV Shows area.

Can't see a way to rename/redirect them to the movies area. Thanks .....

check out the media subtype in the tags and change it to movie

Take a look at the Wiki for background.

My guess is that it's Carnac getting put off by the numbers thinking that they're season/episode numbers. I suspect, also, that if the run length is short, there'll be a background assumption that the file is a tv show. Not sure though but that's me taking a punt.

Yes, the number in the title was interpreted to be a season and episode #. I didn't know that Carnac was involved .....

Yeah. Some of my 1080p movies end up as TV Shows in season 10, episode 80, with name: p
