Can't connect Andriod Tablet through wireless router

Can't connect tablet while Laptop - where MC 20 is installed - is wireless connected.  However, when the laptop is hardwired to router it works with no problem.

I've port forward 52199.  Any idea what could be the reason it only works hardwired.

Could there be an IP address conflict in wireless mode?

Could be an option in your router (in my Fritzbox it is) to allow communication between connected wireless devices
