A qucik Explanation Please

Under what criteria do you define "better"?
To my ears, and to many in the audiophile community who use JRiver, WMA Lossless sounds MUCH better. Hoping that the built in Windows FLAC codec also sounds good as well.

Lossless formats are called lossless because they are just that, lossless. The end result is identical.
Anway, going to close this thread. We have no plans whatsoever to use the Microsoft decoder.
