My suggestion is that you go to the
top thread on that board and work through the Wiki links that are posted.
Then come back if you can't work out what to do and post a query.
MC's library and file handling capability is very powerful. The trick is to work inside MC so that your file and folder structure is known to the library. I file shows in this format:
X:\Video TV\[Series]\Season [Season]\[Series] S[Season]E[Episode] [Name].vid file extension
You'll understand what this means, if you're across the Wiki entries mentioned. Feel free to use what works for you.
Once I've got the file loaded with the show metadata from thetvdb, I can then use F6 - Move, Rename to file the show according to my prefered filing structure. You can apply the same logic to audio, movies, whatever - the key is the metadata that you've got to work with and how crafty you want to get.
