Do you have any other UPnP devices besides that (camera's, etc)?
You can use Device Spy from the UPnP tools for Developer free package to see what's on your network.

Hello, I have stopped using JRiver because of this bug but just installed MC27 and there is no more network error and crash. Well done to the tech team.
