Norton AV problem
« on: August 16, 2015, 04:40:00 am »

Hi Chaps - when adding tv guide I get a virus alert and Norton regards it as a serious risk and deletes
I've attached a screengrab
Can you get back to me asap as I'm concerned about infection!

Can't see a virus alert in your screen grab. But anyway, don't worry. Norton's latest update seems to be giving a false positive on at least one MC component.
Well, don't worry if the alert is for a MC component, that is.

OK - the screen grab was to illustrate the dialogue which preceded the Norton action of a "serious" infection by Norton. Big fan and long supporter of JRiver but just wanted to check that the dialogue is normal  :)
