A way for a customer to dump preferences

Is there a way I can have a customer of ours dump his JRiver preferences so I can verify he has the correct setting? This would be in JRiver 21.

  • Requires "iTunes or better" so I installed JRiver

Customer:  File > Library > Backup Library
Customer sends you file
You:  File > Library > Restore Library with only "Restore Settings" checked
