My apologies if I've posted in the wrong place: I'm new to the forum and not yet sure how to navigate it.
I use MC20 and will upgrade to 21 at some point, and operate JRiver via JRemote. I have a number of DSD files and wonder if it's possible to add a feature to MC21 that enables it to switch automatically to DSD over PCM(DoP) whenever a DSD file is selected to be played? At the moment, as far as I can tell, it's necessary to change manually from PCM to DSD in order to play DSD files, which is inconvenient. It would be significantly better for those of us with DSD files if JRiver could switch automatically between PCM and DSD, depending on the file selected. I appreciate DSD files will, by default, play in high resolution PCM, but I imagine that those of us with DSD files would preder to play them in DSD.
