Is it safe to assume that any library changes/differences would be announced in the version notes for either product?
I'm both a registered MC master license holder and a PonoMusic backer, so I have to have both applications on my computer (yes, I wish that weren't so). Since I have a large music library on my NAS, I have my library files "shared" between these versions of the JRiver software. So far, no incidents, but I want to go into this eyes wide open. I'm pretty sure the PMW added a field or two to the library to accommodate Pono specific things and that doesn't seem to bother MC so far. As we move to version 21 of the MC software, I'm not seeing anything noted about library changes, but don't want to assume.
I'd hate to lose what I have set up in the library because I was not aware of a change in one of the application versions that renders them incompatible.
