Master License MC21: mjr not working on PC nor Mac

I could install the license, but not with the *.mjr file.
It always generates a new key, which is sent again to me every time. So I generated today 4 keys of which none is working...

Looks as if the *.mjr file is of no use at all..

Make sure you have the latest build from the forum.

When you post, please specify the version and the OS.

An mjr file will only work for 14 days.  After that, you must use a restore.  Please read this:

MacPro15
OSX10.9.5 (newest Bufixes as of 05Sept2015): JRiver V21.0.7
Win8.1 Pro (newest Bugfixes as of 05Sept2015) on MacPro15 on Parallels 9, Build 9.0.24251 (latest updates as of 05Sept2015): JRiver V21.0.4

I installed on the same MacPro15 the Mac version and the PC version (on Parallels, Win8.1Pro)

yes I know the 14day. However I did it after 10-30min each. So timeout is not the issue.
I could install the licenses with the registration key, but never with the *.mjr file.
So its eating up the restores I have in 12 month. So far its working, may be I have an issue later on, with the number of restores.

I am actualy rather confused of this *.mjr key.
May be other people expereince the same. May be good to fix it. It may have to do with Microsoft UAC, asking the user if a program may run or otherwise its blocked.

You have recently restored a licence for Media Center 21 Master. There are 10 restores available in each 12 month period. There are 5 restores remaining at this time.

The restore activates Media Center and installs the license automatically.

The Install Key is attached to this email. It is valid for 14 days. To install on another PC, transfer the Install Key to the PC, make sure the correct version of Media Center is installed, then execute the Install Key by double clicking on it.

I have the same problem every time i try to install MC (Mac and Win).
The Problem exists not only for MC21.
