It sounds like the device is in use.
What device are you playing to?
What version of OSX?
Do files other than mp3 work?

please help me
its so urgent

It sounds like one of two things is going on:
A. You don't have the sound blaster selected in MC's audio setup: Tools > Options > Audio > Audio Device > (select your sound blaster here)
or
B. Your sound blaster somehow does not support 44.1kHz audio. This would be unusual unless it's some kind of wireless system. If it doesn't support 44.1, I would convert 44.1 to 48kHz via the DSP studio. This seems unlikely though, again, unless it's bluetooth or something.
Brian.

sound blaster selected in Audio devices option (screenshot attached below)
then according to you 'B' might be the problem
Sounblaster may not supporting 44.1
can u please give me instrustions step by step to sort out this?
i also attached screenshots of my Sound Preference window & audio midi setup window
thank you so much

Audio MIDI Setup is set at 48 kHz as suspected. Can you set it to 44.1 kHz by chance? And it's set at 6 channels. If 44.1 kHz isn't supported you may have to open DSP Studio in MC, go to Output Format and change it to resample 44,100 Hz to 48,000 Hz.

There is no option to set to 44.1 KHZ
only 48 & 96 KHZ
How can i change change it to resample 44,100 Hz to 48,000 Hz ?? . (check second screenshot)
thank you

See Less than 44,100 Hz and 44,100 Hz under Input? Click on the Output for each (to the right) and set both to 48,000 Hz. That should do it.

i did everthing
but problem still exists . (last screenshot)

You might have to change the Channel count too. I've never used anything beyond 2.1 so I'm not sure what I'd set it at. Maybe 5.1, maybe try 2.1 and see if it at least plays back.

Tried all channel count options
no change :(
audirvana plays it without any problem
-
is there any option to adjust these settings automatically by media center itself?
i think other softwares like Audirvana operating like that way

This seems pretty complex.
I guess I'd start by setting the midi options to 48k 2 channels.
Then set DSP studio output format enabled and all channels to 48k (right-click, set all to 48k) and in the mixing set to "2 channels (stereo)".
If you get it playing then we can mess with the 96k and 6 channel stuff..

doesn't work
In MC's audio settings do you have integer mode enabled?
It appears your device supports only that.

what values i should enter?
-
finally it starts playing at least
screenshots showing present settings
plays through 2 speakers only

Good, that is what I expected. One issue at a time.
Now change the midi settings back to 6 channel and use the 6 channel mixing in DSP studio instead of 2 channel.

if i set 5.1 channel in DSP studio, it wil automaticaly turn to 2 channel when next track starts playing
:( :( :(

Leave the "Channel Offset" at 0.
Since you appear to be using 96k in the midi settings, set all of the sample rates to 96k in DSP studio.
In Options->Audio->Advanced, "auto-configure output settings on playback failure" should be set to NO.

i set midi setting to 6 channel
but it wil automaticaly set to 2 channel while we playing in MC
and set back to 6 channel after finishing playing
MC only plays when we set channel to 2
otherwise it shows same old error msg

audirvana and other mac players copies front channel out to sorround speakers
so gwt out through all speakers thou its not pure 5.1
better than playing though 2 speakers only

yes already did this

It plays through 2 channels because that's what you have set in your number of speakers. Set it to 5.1 and JRSS mixing should generate fake surround for you in the other 3.1 channels.
Brian.

if we set to 5.1 , shows an error msg and wont playing (screenshot attached)

I suspect that this device does not support 96kHz for 5.1 sources when using a Mac. The owners manual and the product spec sheet are extremely vague about the resolutions it supports. It only lists 96kHz 5.1 for Windows and makes a point of putting "Window" in parenthesis, which implies that it only works on that platform..
I would try 48 kHz with 5.1 channels. If that doesn't work, I would try 44.1 kHz at 5.1 . After that I'm mostly out of ideas. Maybe mess with the settings in Audio MIDI first, and then in MC?
Good luck.
Brian.
-
I would try 44.1 kHz at 5.1
Apparently the device doesn't support 44.1 kHz output. Just 48 kHz and 96 kHz which seems rather strange.

yes correct
any solution?

Honestly, I'd say the issue lies in the Creative device itself. I've actually never recommended any Creative devices either.
Only supporting 48 kHz and 96 kHz, yeah, that's definitely one reason why I'd never recommend the Creative Sound Blaster. The majority of digital music comes in 44.1 kHz (aka redbook) so it doesn't make any sense having to resample to 48 kHz or 96 kHz. It just doesn't make sense for it not to support 44.1 kHz.

then which device you recommend for getting 5.1 out from macbook?

Personally, I wouldn't go 5.1 (I see no need) but there's a thread from three years ago which might help: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=87573.0
Mac compatibility *may* be a challenge though. I'd suggest researching all possibilities.
