Title: JRemote access with Authentication broken?

For some reason when I am outside of my local network I can no longer access MC (V. 24.0.27 (64-Bit)) if Authentication is enabled.

I can still access it if I turn off Authentication.

When nobody answers, it often means that nobody knows.  I don't.

Maybe something is preventing pop-ups.

Why would there be a popup for authentication being turned on?

This has happened in the past before and it took a MC update to fix it.  I am thinking something got messed up when they added the new separate read only access accounts or something?

In any case I need it to be fixed.  So do I contact support if no one in the forum knows the answer?

There is no "Login / Password" popup on the iphone in JRemote when Authentication is enabled.  you enter it into the initial server settings.
