Upgrade for one OS $29.98

-
;) can I pay for MC 25 now.....lol
-
Early upgrades will still be at a reduced price.
-
Could you please remind us which are those reduced prices still availables until July 31 ?
Thanks !
-
In the same order, $49.98, $69.98, $26.98, and $36.98. The increases are $10, $10, $3, and $3.
-
Would you ever consider lifetime upgrade pricing for licenses? A one-time license purchase for all future upgrades at extra cost, of course.
-
No. Our development costs continue.
-
How long does it take before I can try the trial version again? I was finally thinking about purchasing a license, but wanted to try a few things first before the price increase but I get a "your trial is expired".
-
You could try it on another machine.
-
I just upgraded last month to the latest and now you want more money?

You already have a v24 license. Thanks!
-
Can I give you the additional $10 (I already have a master license) because you folks are such hard workers and I want you to keep at it? ; )

Thank you! Very kind offer.
-
Does this mean you've started development of v25...?
(Couldn't resist... ;D )

Don't have another machine, just a crappy laptop. Anyhow, so I bought a license this morning.
So don't spend it all in the same place! ;D

Future will tell if people accept the increase in costs in comparison with "new" development.

"Price increase :P" I only use MC for music. I use plex for movies, TV and pictures " bought the life time plex for one hundred and thirty. ;D" Heck MC still kicks plex in the music. If i have plex looking at my music, it takes a lifetime of time to digest the library. MC rocks regardless of the price. I just think they need a better app for the phone, hopefully the increase in price will get that. I have an android phone and I have used Gizmo, but I use jremote.apk and it works much better than Gizmo. Also maybe they will develop an android TV app :D :D :D :D

Shame on the three of you! If you could Find anything that compares to MC you would most certainly pay in the HUNDREDS....go back to where you came and your little dog too! ;D
EDIT: ;D ;D ;D

No fighting. I know we will lose a few customers. I'm sorry.

I want to update my master's license - I'm on 22.22.108 Mac PC and Id
Do I just download and then pay?
Any issues with the ID?
Thanks
-
The Id has its own license and you can't use a master license on it.
However, you can use the master license on Windows, Mac and Linux.
-
Thanks - figured it out and am on new version.
-
And I assume I don't have to purchase a new license for the ID - right?
-
The Id comes with its own license, its independent of all other licenses. The Id license also doesn't need to be updated over time, but its limited to using on that particular Id.
-
Thanks
-
One OS (Win, Linux, or OSX) $59.98 is a very fair price - don´t forget can be used for 10 different machines.
Also the upgrade prices are even more than fair. Since version 17 I always bought each new licence. Just to support this team and project here.
-
Thank you!
-
Am using JRiver as the front end for my new addition - a Sonos Connect:AMP running a pair of extra speakers in my Lanai.
Didn't think it would be that easy to setup. Actually, there was no setup.
Wow!
-
This marks the beginning of the end for MC.

I don't see how?

This marks the beginning of the end for MC.
How so? Out of the paid media players it will still be the lowest price and it offers a butt load of features most don't.

Need help. I just upgraded from MC 22 to 24 on windows. As expected, I received the registration code after the purchase. However, on trying to install MC24, it says, 'your license file is for a different product'
I still have the MC 22 installed on the system. Please help on how to solve the license key issue for MC 24. Thanks!
-
Download and install MC24 before using the license key that you were sent.
This is the current version: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,116578.0.html

Random question, as I am not sure where else it'd fit...
I have a master license, but have moved away from MC on Linux (in favour of mpd), and so will probably never run it on anything but Windows now. What's the procedure to "upgrade" to a newer non-master version?

This should help:

Thanks Jim.
-
I’m on version 21. Is there a better theater view on version 24?
-
Try the 30 day trial of V24; there maybe some features that appeal to you.

Hi, I paid for the MC24 licence on July 29 using Paypal. The JRiver Paypal support page reports "We could not authenticate your transaction.", for the past 2 days. When I request the email registration codes I get only my older ones (18, 20, 21). [ID removed]. Can you please help?
Thanks,
-
I'm late to the party, but just wanted to voice that I consider the increased prices to be still an incredible bargain.
I don't know how common my experience is, but I'm a technical person, and not afraid to jump in to projects. Career-wise, I've written software and managed unix systems for a very long time, and have been building some simple electronics for a much shorter time. With the rPi hardware ecosystem and the linux software ecosystem, I thought I could duct-tape a network stereo system together, and after several months of weekends, more or less did. It was just annoying in several different ways, utterly lacking in polish, broke for stupid reasons, and took an absurd amount of work to add features to. I decided this was not the hill I was going to die on, threw money at JRiver and spent a weekend figuring out how to build everything out, and have lived (musically) happier ever after.
For my next trick, I'm designing some cases for the rPis, because I'm sick of dangling circuit boards...

Thanks,
You can't get your Registration Code from Paypal.
I checked our records. You have an MC24 license, but with a gmail address.
Here's how to find your license and restore it:
