It may be a DirectShow filter problem.

It may be a DirectShow filter problem.

Well, Jim, I saw that too... but who can tell me how to resolve this please :)
Just uninstall and reinstall these filters? and how please?

(not to mention, why this suddenly should happen after having seen a lot of movies with a former version of MC without any problem...)

thanks

Here are some possible solutions:

1. Update the filter that caused crash.  Maybe it is too old, has bugs, etc.  I think it was built by Gabest ("MPC Mpeg-2 decoder"?).

2. Do not use it.  Use Microsoft DVD-DTV Video Decoder instead, or FFDShow (making sure you configure FFDShow to decode MPEG-2).
