Crash at end of movie with Mpeg2DecFilter.ax

Hello,
regular crashes happen as soon as we ended watching a movie and want to switch to the standard view on the main screen. We would like to know what these crashes produces

The data reads "Media Center has stopped working blahblahblah" and

Win7 32-bit, very slim system, without virus scanner etc pp, huge library (300'000 music tracks, 700 movies)

These crashes are a bit annoying...  didn't happen in earlier versions ::)

It may be a DirectShow filter problem.

It may be a DirectShow filter problem.

Well, Jim, I saw that too... but who can tell me how to resolve this please :)
Just uninstall and reinstall these filters? and how please?

(not to mention, why this suddenly should happen after having seen a lot of movies with a former version of MC without any problem...)

Here are some possible solutions:

1. Update the filter that caused crash.  Maybe it is too old, has bugs, etc.  I think it was built by Gabest ("MPC Mpeg-2 decoder"?).

2. Do not use it.  Use Microsoft DVD-DTV Video Decoder instead, or FFDShow (making sure you configure FFDShow to decode MPEG-2).
