You can set the browser in MC's options.  There is a search window at the bottom of the options page.

Thank you. Found it... changed to "Chromium". Now MC won't start.

The Links under "Help" use the browser that is set as the default in your system. There are no options to change that. Change your default system browser if you want another one to be used.

What Jim refers to is the engine for the web content which is displayed inside MC.
When you switch to Chromium for the first time, it needs to be downloaded and installed, and that may take a bit of time, so give it a bit, how long depends on your internet connection.
