can play blue ray disc

can play blue ray disc. it keep saying something went wrong with playback. in the options the video part is gone? or did I miss something jriver was able to playback my burned blu rays.

Does your BD have copy-protection on the disk? If yes, you need to be running AnyDVD HD on your computer while playing them off the disk, or rip them without protection using makeMKV or AnyDVD HD or similar copy-protection removal program.

Did you enable Audio Only Mode or disable video support? If you enabled Audio Only Mode you can disable it by going to the View menu then clicking/unchecking Audio Only Mode. If you disabled video support go to Tools > Options > General and click the arrow on Features and make sure Video Support is checked.
