I've installed the upgrade and purchased the license through Paypal. However I've been getting this error message for the last 3-4 days.

"We could not authenticate your transaction.
Please try later at JRiver's PayPal support page. You will need your PayPal Transaction ID."

Which looks exactly like the error you were getting last August. Either your servers aren't working or I goofed something up along the way. Either way you've been paid and I just need to get a key.

Your purchase completed, so the Paypal page is the wrong place to go.

Visit the Restore Page to re-send your licenses.  You used a different (*613*) email address for the latest purchase.

Forgive me if I'm being dense. I went to the license restore page and got a copy of my licenses, which go through version 22 (oddly it looks like I've bought two v22 licenses). Should there be a license for v24 now that I've paid for the update?

I'm afraid that I don't know what (*613*) is referring to. Is that a reference to one of the previous licenses?

It's an MC25 license.
