The application is currently taking about 15 seconds to load on my computer. The application does not appear on the screen at all during this time.

The troubleshooting steps I've taken so far are disabling Windows search indexing, Windows Defender virus protection, and checking for any background apps that could be consuming resources.

Once the app does load, the performance is fast.

It may be looking for a drive (or device) that doesn't exist.

MC has a Reporter section under Services that might give you a clue.

I launched the Reporter, but the window stays black with the cursor spinning and the entire app is non-responsive.

I changed "Update Channels" to "Latest", checked for updates, and updated to 31.0.52. The app now launches immediately . Thank you.
