Unable to restore license

I had to reinstall Media Jukebox 8. Everytime I try restore my license with the number provided I get the message: Invalid license, error code14. Please let me know how to correct this.

Thanks for the quick reply. I reinstalled Media Jukebox 8. What happened was this: I needed to restore my computer to a state prior to my installing either version. I first installed Media Jukebox 8. Then I tried out Media Center 9. I believe I ordered the upgrade in 9. I'm sorry to say that I didn't back up my license  to a floppy like I should have. Sorry for the confusion. I would appreciate it if you could walk me out of this one. And yes, the first thing I'll do next time is back up my license!

Make sure you have the latest version (just put out yesterday).
This fixes a problem with the licensing.
You  may have to  delete a file in your windows system or system32 directory called mjextman.exe and then reinstall version 8 first.

This should fix your problem.
