Hello,
its been a time, sice I've registered MediaJukeBox 8.0.
That is an awsome porduct I must say, no problems I had while using it, moreover I have no any problems with you MC 10, this one is state-of-the-art. It could be only 4 weeks I'm with it (had no time to reveal all its errors:), for now working pretty fine.
Only one thing I have is an expiration of the demo version, you see I've lost my password and do not remeber the very order information.
How can I upgrade from MJ 8 to MC 10.

I don't think you need your old password. (Somebody correct me if I am wrong.)

If you installed over a licensed Media Jukebox 8 then you can click "buy" inside the Help menu. Your internet browser will open to a purchase page and you should see the correct upgrade price. They have a special offer $ 14.98 just now.

They still mention v. 9, but that's old info now. Read it as 10.

JRiver folks, this should be fixed in the Purchase FAQ:
If you previously purchased Media Jukebox 8 and now want to upgrade to Media Center 9, make sure Media Jukebox 8 is correctly licensed with a version 8 license.  Then install Media Center 9 and select the "Buy" option from within the program. Verify the price is correct and that the product contains the word "upgrade;".

Sounds like great, Alex, but I dont see any special link for that $9.98, even from within MC 10, it takes me onto order page with $24.98...

If you previously purchased Media Jukebox 8 and now want to upgrade to Media Center 10, make sure Media Jukebox 8 is correctly licensed with a version 8 license.

Then install Media Center 10 and select the "Buy" option from within the program. Verify the price is correct and that the product contains the word "upgrade;".

That means that a licensed MJ8 must have been installed on the same PC before you installed MC10.
MC10 "remembers" that you had a license for v.8 and you should get the correct price, which is $14.98, not $ 9.98. (Unless you paid money for the version 9 license - you wrote that you have v.8.)
