I think is good to eliminate the bar marked with red.
Is good when you view music videos on other windows like Internet Explorer when you navigate on the web.
It`s economically on screen without the bar.
The Windowed View mode can move by catching the entire window, like Zoom Player do.

Removing the title bar seems to make the image much sharper and brighter, too. Brilliant!
