A few Image relaged questions...

1. Is there any way to convert BMP's to Jpgs within MC?

2. Also, MC puts the Album, and other tag information into the headers for JPGs right?


But it does not seem to do this for bmps correct?

I notice that when I add tags to Jpgs' the Modified date changes, but it does not for BMPs and if I open both in notepad you can see the MC tags in Jpgs but not in BMPs.

3. Does MC add similar tag information to any othe IMAGE formats other than JPGs?

1.  Right click on a bmp file and choose Image/Edit Image, then save as a jpg.  That's currently the only way possible.

2.  I think so.

MC doesn't write tags in a bmp file.  Only jpg. 

3.  No.  It reads EXIF tags but doesn't write them.
