Context menu addition request

When you right-click on (say) a playlist, the Send To - Playing Now submenu has options like "Add" and "Replace" and "Add (Shuffle)"... but no "Replace (Shuffle)". That would be very handy for auto-playlists.

Also, what's the difference between "Replace" and "Add (Replace)"?
