Just now upgrading to v13 and noticed the Help system is not quite fleshed out yet. For what is there it seems you must have an internet connection to access the info. Is this just a temporary situation until the Help files are more complete and can be available locally or is it WYSIWYG. As an example I was looking for info on how to remove links from the panes view and couldn't find anything in the help system, but after looking through the menu choices I did eventually find the "Manage Links" menu item.
