I am newbie and read through all Docs and etc before my post. I have installed the latest version of the media software and purchased the license. I also purchased Intervideo DVD Pack. I have installed DVD Xpack and all that goes with it. I go into tools > options > click on DVD playback and I get the pop up that it does not like my CODEC or "an error occurred preparing to play DVD video". Not sure why it is not using the software. I even manual choose Intervideo as my video decoder and it still barks at me. Any help on this matter would be great.
