Sounds like a trick question, but I'll bite...Drag the top or bottom border?

If you're referring to a detached Display view window, you should be able to resize it in either dimension by dragging it's borders. If you're referring to the same thing embedded in the Playing Now view, you can resize it by dragging the vertical splitter on the left (between the tree and the view) and the horizontal splitter on the bottom (between the view and the file list).

That's the Action Window. The program controls how the vertical space is shared with the tree. When editing list or memo tags (or displaying lyrics) you'll have an option of maximizing it to the full height of the panel. Otherwise, you can't change it.

If not open in a view or as a separate window, a miniature version of Display View is also shown as an Action Window. It's vertical height can't be changed. So, you see, it was trick question. ;)

It's unclear to me how you managed to get lyrics showing in the display. You must be using a visualization to do that. If displaying lyrics is your objective, you might be better off just opening Lyrics in the Tag Window. It will use more vertical space, and it can be maximized. It also leaves the display free for other things...
