Just installed MC 17 and the sound still does not work (I tried 16 when it came out and could not get sound either). The background sound works but no or real faint talking. As I cannot find a support page can someone help in this forum. I am a user with media jukebox 8 and have not had a reason to upgrade until now; I would like to use the blu-ray and dvd play. Has this been a problem for anyone else.
