Licence Problem
« on: February 24, 2012, 07:38:06 am »

I have a couple of machines running MC17.  One in my library where I do all my 'library' work and the other, a headless PC next to the HiFI in the lounge

Having recently rebuilt the lounge PC I download and installed MC17. Sadly my registration code is not recognised.  I've used the email recovery method but nothing.

I don't want to post my licence number up here.

Ideas?

Anybody Out there?

Before I get annoyed I should add I've paid for the MC17 upgrade, as I have for every version since 10.  I've not had a problem in running the same version on two machines before and wasn't aware the licencing rules had changed.

I also can't find an support email address to send this to, hence posting here.
