cannot restore paid license

 :(
I purchased Media Center last month and have the .mjr file. Recently Media Center stopped working, telling me the license has expired (I did have to change my machine name at one point, but I changed it back). 

When I try to restore the license, the system does not recognize my email. I do not have a record of ever receiving an email from JRiver, but the charge does show up on my credit card.  How can I get a working license?  I can send a copy of my .mjr and credit card statement to verify purchase.

The e-mail address you used is at wat*.com.

You can change it using option 3 on the Restore Page.  Let me know if you need help.  I'm jimh at jriver.

The email address was the clue. I had used a bad address previously.  Thanks for the help!
