I purchased a copy of Media Center 19 for MAC on 1st Dec

I had been using the free trial version and decided to upgrade to full
version.

I am running Mac OSX Mavericks

Having received the registration details I entered them in but every time
I run Media Center 19 now it tells me I am still on the Trial Version and I
have X days remaining.
I tried a restore to see if that would work but it didn’t and therefore i have used up one restore for nothing
