Updating JRMC19 from Command Prompt?

I am running JRMC19 under Windows Server 2012 R2 (x64) core mode. I downloaded the latest update for JRMC19 and placed the .exe file in the root directory of a pen drive. I am unable to run this exe file from a command prompt.

Can someone please tell me if it is possible to do this or do I have to revert to GUI mode to install updates to JRMC19?
