Excellent!

I look forward to the streaming fixes and improved touch support!

I hope one of the fixes is for watching full Netflix site in a MC20 web viewer window and allowing routing audio to the MC20 virtual sound card driver.
Currently if using the MC20 virtual sound card driver and watching Netflix from within a MC20 web session, the browser closes, stops playback and jumps to now playing as soon as audio starts so you cant use MC20 audio within a MC20 browser window.

The upshot is you have to have you system default sound card set instead of MC20 virtual one if running the full Netflix site within MC20's built in web browser.
If you guys have another solution to make this work Im all ears!
(never mind found the workaround to use another zone for audio loopback. Thanks Mwillems!) http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=93043.0

I hope that makes sense as Im slightly sloshed tonight. I just finished watching the Sydney NYE fireworks on MC20 in my cinema room with my 120" projection system and was switching between Netflix, Music and the TV for the fireworks all from within MC20 which is very cool.

I love JRiver MC20 and ALL YOOS GUYS!! :)  HAPPY NEW YEAR!

PS. The Logitech backlit living room keyboard rocks with MC20 as I type to you in the dim glow of my 120" screen. :) (and of course the harmony ultimate)

Does the "Additions and fixes to streaming services for audio and video" include bookmark support for Gizmo/JRemote? Because that is still a massive problem for me currently.

Does TV support include receiver support (as I stream video to my receiver which is connected to the TV)? I have a Sony and I think they are a bit problematic when it comes to DLNA. (I'll post that as a separate topic).

Happy New Year to all!

2015 is going to be a good year.   :)

One of my resolutions is to get my tags all fixed up and get my library in MC super organized.  Including my classical music.  I make the same resolution every year.  I never follow through.  It's a big job.  And I'm lazy.

Happy New Year all !

Nice list.

@Jim Just got back to France from the US yesterday morning and then celebrated with no naps ... not sure if it is Jet Lag, no sleep, or maybe I'm getting too old to party ... but right now the noise from typing on my keyboard is killing my head ... hope you survived better than I  ;D

Improved touch screen support

Great! I quite often end up trying to control a MC on a windows pc from a tablet through remote desktop and do miss swipe scrolling in lists and stuff. Looking forward to this  :)

Additions and fixes to streaming services for audio and video
This would be most welcome.  I've been trying to work with the "new" world of streaming via services like Netflix and BBC iPlayer and find the lack of integration with MC to be problematic.  I even find that about half of all Youtube clips fail to play in MC (something went wrong with playback error).  It would be great for MC to be both an aggregator and player across multiple online platforms.  Ideally it should able to search across multiple subscribed services, find content, and import/tag/manage them in your library just like any other media (either as a link or as an offline download).

JRemote on Android
We are already pretty spoilt for choices in regards for remotes, though the unification of Gizmo / JRemote makes sense.  I'd argue the bigger gap is lack of some basic features users expect like off line playback, support for streaming services and live TV.

As an observation over the years as my kids have grown up, I've seen a change in their consumption patterns.  They no longer rely on "Dad" to buy, rip, and import content into MC from which they consume content.  They get stuff via their Web Browser or dedication apps on their iPhones.  The combination of better Remote support and the integration of streaming services may help services this generation.

Thanks

Yes.
Good news. My personal pain is with Sony equipment (personally not pleased with how they handle DLNA). If I can guinea pig anything for you, please let me know.
