Media Server bug with "%" in path
« on: October 06, 2003, 09:38:41 am »

If a file's directory path contains a percent sign, the file does not play over media server. Media server appears to pars the % sign as it would be parsed in a URL (e.g. %20 for a space, etc...). For example, the path "c:\My Music\Matthew Sweet\100% Fun" is passed as "c:\My Music\Matthew Sweet\100\un". Media server version is 1.0.180.

Thanks.

I can't fix this, it's not in our code, but I've put in a patch that should cover most of the cases.

It's in tomorrow's build.
