Locating...

After update from MC19 to MC20 I cannot play most video files. There is status: "Locating...". When I press stop button then MC20 freeze totally. Let me also add, that I can play all these files on a client. What is wrong and how can I fix it?

It may be blocked from downloading the components it needs.

Antivirus?

It worked once... I have no anti virus other than Windows Defender there, I turned off Windows Firewall, restarted router and still get only "Locating...".  :( Any ideas?

If you can play "some" videos, I think that would rule out a problem downloading components.
What type of files can you play and not play?

You may want to uninstall MC20 and reinstall. Maybe the install just didn't go smoothly. Software installs can be finicky.
