I did review the wiki, but I'm still not sure how to tell when a V21 release is stable. I don't see that mentioned at the top of the board.
I would prefer not to upgrade until there is a stable version, I'm just not sure how to tell which release is marked Stable.
There is no MC21 stable release, and probably won't be for a while yet. MC21 is still brand-new, and is under active development currently.

That may be true once the product has been "live" for a while, but it mostly means stable as in "changing less frequently".
