At any rate I was going to say my wife asked me what I wanted for my birthday I told her an Italian hoagie.
back when I was young, me and my wife made hoagies in New Jersey when we were about 18 years old, many moons ago.
this is as close as I can find, how we made it (I helped sue make them)
first you must start with a good hoagie roll and if you can't get it, you should just get something else to eat.
