restore troubles
«

For no reason at all JRiver has stopped working. When I tried to open I got the message that the trial period was over and to purchase or restore. So I took the restore over the internet and had a key emailed to me. Of course I have no way of using this key as my only options given are to restore by internet or license file.
So are there any suggestions of what I can do to get this to work?

Do you have MC17 installed?
If so, you can try restoring your license.

If it stopped working suddenly, what changed on your machine?
Antivirus programs can sometimes cause license problems.

Did you use a different e-mail address?
