I assume you're doing some kind of sample rate conversion test?  From what to what?

Doesn't this indicate that JRiver is using a linear phase resampler while the resampler selected in Foobar is not?

I compared the two players( the Foobar and the JRiver) resampler the quality. The file's playback 2 kHz square wave 16 bit 44.1 kHz. I resampling this 192 kHz on the output I measured with oscilloscope the result, but seems the JRiver as if nothing doing, while the another completely smooth.

I would think that if resampling doesn't change the waveform, its actually behaving properly?
The signal before and after should ideally look the same, shouldn't it.

The sinus wave doesn't show the difference, therefore I intentionally measured in the square wave, because it very brings.

Dont get me wrong, I dont want to criticize the program, this is my favorite and I'm fine satisfied with this program.  I use it a long time.
