Video frame skip

I have noticed SD DVD and HD blu ray material skipping very slightly. I have RO HQ and a radeon R7 2xx. Auto frame rate disabled in MC and handled by madvr. Mkv rips.

Any guidance on how to best troubleshoot this?

Try Red October HQ with no modifications.
