I have had this problem since MC20 of some videos experiencing what I call "frame stutter", where the current frame suddenly jumps forward and backward in time over a small window of a couple of seconds. It happens in bursts of four seconds every eight seconds or so. Running the same videos through other viewers does not cause the problem.
